High Thoughts about the Feminism
I freakin love this feminine movement going on right now. It's cool to just see a general shift of power. I think it's going to be quite sometime before women are really able to take the power back, but we are moving in that direction. Right now, unlike ever before women are starting businesses, women are creating empires. Women are being put in places of power and the whole paradigm of the Earth is shifting.
I feel like in order to cultivate this land, and be the dominant and intelligent species that we have become, men had to have the power. We were trying to compete. We were trying to survive. These seem to be dominant qualities of men. Men are hunters, gatherers by nature. However, now that we have reached this level, the best thing is to use this knowledge that we've gained and get back to our roots. Get back down to loving the Earth and reverse the damage that we have begun and stop it for it's too late. This natural and compassionate caring nature of women is what will help to accomplish this. Womens' ideas and methods of handling situations is what is going to heal this world from the viruses we have given in it in the form of air pollution, garbage, and greed.
That all being said ...something that I don't like is this whole sexual assault madness. Everyday, you hear of another celebrity man being accused of sexual assault. It's something that we're riding hard. We never really talk about the prejudices that men have faced in their life. Men are taught to be tough, not to cry, act like man. What do you expect? I'm not saying it's right, but it is what it is. I worked in childcare all my life and men weren't really wanted to do that job. People seem to prefer women to watch their children. Most women (myself included) feel slightly frighten when we're jogging at night and we jog by a strange man, but if it were a women we're more likely to feel safe. I feel like men are just the way they are. Again, not saying it's right, but it is how it is. Just like men need to change. Women do as well. Women need to say no, and like we mean it. Have the courage to speak up and speak out. If this is what the movement is trying to achieve than I'm all for i
